Course Cancellation by User
Before Course Start Date
Users may cancel enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no course materials have been accessed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@elearningcurve.in.
After Course Access
Partial refunds (50%) may be issued if requested within 14 days of enrollment, provided:
Less than 20% of course content has been consumed
No refunds after 14 days
Subscription & Membership Plans
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions:
Cancel anytime; refunds prorated for unused days.
Must cancel before next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Trial Periods:
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled 24 hours before trial ends.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing fees (if any) may be deducted.
Course Cancellation by eLearningCurve
We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
Users will receive:
Full refund (if course is canceled).
Option to transfer to another course.
How to Request a Refund

Order/transaction ID.
Reason for refund request.
Our team will respond within 48 hours.
Exceptions & Disputes
Refund eligibility is assessed case-by-case for technical issues or course misrepresentation.
Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
